On the home screen  click purchase under the Multi Pass/Single Pass section

Select a Date

Select people you want to purchase for

Select the first park you plan to visit that day

Select up to 3 Multi Pass selections and up to 2 Single Pass selections for the first day you plan to visit the parks. 

Choose ride times for each

Purchase that day's lighting lanes in the app

Move on to the next park day and repeat the purchase process for each individual day that you would like to purchase lightning lanes for.
